Kristina Kang Grove is a Corporate and Business Law Lawyer who leads our Corporate and Business Law Department.
Kristina is thrilled to join McGuinty Law as a Corporate Lawyer, bringing valuable experience in corporate and finance law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and estate planning. With a strong educational background, including an LL.M from Fordham University School of Law, Kristina has honed her expertise in navigating legal landscapes and delivering strategic solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Beyond her professional achievements, Kristina values building strong, trusting and enduring client relationships and providing clear, accessible legal advice. She understands the intricacies of business law and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.
Kristina is also a proud member of the Ontario and New York Bars, and when she’s not practicing law, she enjoys spending quality time with her young family and exploring new cultures through international travel.
